ものすごい効率化と素材の良さ。機械化出来る所は徹底的に機械化、オペレーションの導線もいちいち考えられていて見事としかいえない。それでいて味のためなら非効率的な工程にもしっかりと手をいれているのはすばらしかった（縮れ麺を機械まかせにしないのは縮れがつきすぎるからか）。

If you wanna spice up your instant ramen cooking. Add some chicken strips in a pan with garlic. When that's done add spices and water and let it boil for like 10-15m. Add noodles at the end. I also like to add spring onions at the same time as the noodles.

Hii Its looks like a beautiful ramen. Is that a pressure cooker that you used? How can you manage the water while using pressure cooker. Also how many hours you have boiled the chicken and bone until the soup is ready? And you used whole chicken instead of chicken bone for the broth.
