Thank you for this video so much! I have been struggling with making good pastry with Almond flour as its not absorbent - its hard to get it to bind or it bakes too dry as it won't hold fats or moisture. Your technique of melting Mozzarella, mixing in the flour and then kneading in the egg then rolling between greased paper works really well. I have been making all kinds of savoury pastries using this method, I made delicious golden sausage rolls today (A UK favourite). I had been so missing pastry recipes in keto. You have shown me the way. God bless you!

I made my own meat pie using your recipe but I added two tablespoons of coconut flour. It's the best meat pie I have ever made. So yummy and moist. Thanks so much.

Dry Dough Mix 2 cups of almond flour (192g) 1 tbsp of baking powder 1/2 tsp Cinamon 1/2 tsp Nutmeg Pinch of salt Dough Cheese Melt soft cheese 113g Fresh Mozzarella 170g Add Dry Dough Mix Once mixed both add 1 egg to knob dough by hand Sauce Beef Onion 2 tsp Thyme Chopped Tomato Spring onion Garlic powder to taste Ground Ginger to taste Garlic powder Paprika powder 1 cube stock 20 min in the oven 180°C
