I use ritz crackers for my meat loaf saute my vegetables a few minutes l use a small amount of milk to help keep it moisture eggs and white pepper instead black pepper l wrap bacon on top to help keep it moisture and the flavor l top it with tomato sauce brown sugar dry mustard small amount of hot sauce l let the sauce boil 3 minutes base it all over it and put back in the oven for 10 more minutes l bake it covered until the last few minutes uncover to let brown

I like this recipe very creative with the stovetop stuffing and Lipton onion soup mix. I think I will incorporate this in my next meatloaf. I like to add mushrooms 🍄‍🟫 and a little milk to the meatloaf. I also add a teaspoon of mustard to the ketchup and brown sugar mixture with a little sweet baby Ray barbecue sauce. Thanks for sharing your recipe I will be adding them two ingredients to my next meatloaf stovetop stuff and onion soup mix. Also thank for sharing that aluminum foil trick to keep the meatloaf from spreading. ♠️♠️♠️👑🐝💪🏾😘

I make my meatloaf in a very similar way. I use the stovetop stuffing, but we do not like green peppers or ketchup in ours. I add Worcestershire sauce to the meatloaf and a grated carrot. We prefer brown gravy on our meatloaf instead of ketchup. I like the way you shape yours. Great idea. Thank you.

Excited to try this. My mom’s meatloaf was not my favorite lol. Big chunks of onion and bread. Others loved it, me not so much. God bless her though. If she was here right now, I would eat five of them. I like how you use the stove top dressing and wet it down with the broth first before you put it into your mix and how you seasoned the sauce to go on top. Our meatloaf recipes are very similar I really like using the stovetop stuffing mix too! Sometimes I make my meatloaf in large muffin tins. That way I can freeze them and thaw quickly to Reheat.
