Ingredients
8 slices of sourdough bread
4 tsp hot mustard
120 g raclette cheese, sliced
1 garlic bulb, halved crosswise
1 red onion, quartered
400 g fresh tomatoes, halved
2 carrots, in pieces
some rosemary
1 tsp salt
2 pinches of pepper, freshly ground
1 ½ tbsp olive oil
400 g water
400 g chicken stock (optional water + 1 tbsp additional spice paste)
2 tbsp spice paste
½ tsp tomato salt (Just Spices jspc.es/KochEule*)
1 tsp Italian Allrounder (Just Spices)
1 tsp oven vegetable spice mix (Just Spices)
½ tsp salt
2 pinches pepper, freshly ground
1 tsp honey
2 tsp Skyr
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C hot air.,
2. Put the fresh tomatoes, carrot pieces, onion, garlic bulb halved lengthways, rosemary, salt and pepper in a casserole dish and drizzle olive oil over them. Now roast in the hot oven for 25 minutes to intensify the flavors.
3. Now add the can of tomatoes, water, chicken stock, spice paste, tomato salt, oven-baked vegetable spice mix, salt and pepper, reduce the oven temperature to 170°C and cook for another 20 minutes.
4. Now put everything in the mixing bowl, add honey and skyr and puree for 1 min./5-9 increasing.
5. Spread 1 teaspoon of mustard on each slice of bread and spread 30 g of cheese on it, place a second slice on top and grill the bread for 4 minutes in the air fryer or for 10 minutes in the hot oven at 200°C.
6. Serve the best tomato soup with the crunchy cheese bread and enjoy.

grias di 😁, ich habe den dual basket 3000. Dadurch habe ich deinen "Backofenschritt" komplett im Airfryer gemacht, rechts, in der großen Seite, dann weiter wie beschrieben im Thermi. Das Brot habe ich links in den kleinen Korb. Super lecker, herzlichen Dank. 🥰

liebe Claudia warum benutzt du nicht mehr den airfryer von pampered Chef? ich habe jetzt einen Backofen mit airfry Funktion kann ich das Rezept dann genau so umsetzten ?

nein, ein airfryer muss nicht vorgeheizt werden. 👍

Diese Suppe hört sich so lecker an. Könnte man sie auch einfrieren? Ich lebe in Australien, und bei uns ist es, im Moment, viel zu heiß für Suppe 🥵, aber ich habe wahnsinnig viele Tomaten zur Verfügung. Ich dachte, ich würde die Suppe kochen, einfrieren und sie dann genießen, wenn es kälter wird.

@@verenarousseau5820 ja bestimmt kannst du sie einfrieren. Würde sie jedoch schon innerhalb von 3 Monaten dann auftauen und essen. Wann wird es denn bei dir kühler? Aber sehr gute Idee 👍 liebe Grüße Claudia

@KochEule erst im Mai. Langer Sommer. Ich dachte mir, dass ich den Skyr vor dem einfrieren weglasse. Dann wenn ich die Suppe aufwärme, den Skyr dazu geben.
