I made these Tacos for dinner tonight and boy let me tell you what. They are fantastic! Very easy to make and taste muy delicioso! Following this recipe I ended up with about 15 tacos (my Dominican Wife says it's bad luck to count food) so give or take on how many I made lol. The salsa and meat had the perfect flavor and I topped them off with shredded lettuce and Mild Cheddar cheese. Muchisimas gracias Claudia for sharing such a great recipe!

I made the Chile Colorado Shredded beef Taco Dorados, it was delicious! My BIL made a point to ask me how I made them, he said some of the best food he's ever eaten! That was a huge compliment, he's well-traveled in the World and eaten the World over. Thanks, I'll try this recipe also!

i made these but with shredded chicken and my family loved these !!!! i didn't have the el pato hot tomato sauce but instead used el pato red enchiladas sauce and it still came out amazing !!!! thanks for the video you make cooking so simple and taste amazing !!!

I have made these twice now, they are great. I especially love the salsa. I keep a batch in my fridge, it gets used up pretty quick. But I only use 5 peppers. We like warm spice.

This is my second time making this recipe , this time around I’m trying it with ground turkey (Mexicans don’t kill me , I’m mexi too but due to digestive issues I have to substitute the red meat so hoping it’s just as great as the first time I made w beef) and it’s a house favorite ! I came across you're KZbin page and I really enjoyed your taco dorado tutorial. I am a 60 yr mama and nana to 3 big handsome sons and 2 big handsome grandsons. I did a lot of good cooking and I have to say you can teach new things to older cooks like me. I will be trying your tacos dorados but instead of beef I'm going to try with ground pork. I was sick of just using a packet of taco seasoning when making ground beef tacos, and this was so much better! I only had regular tomato sauce on hand so it was a little sweet, so I will definitely be looking for the hot kind now. Looking forward to making your birria recipe next!
