Just one quick tip on ur meat, I noticed you're having to get out sum of that foamy stuff out while ur meat is cooking, MY TIP IS, that when u cut up ur meat, put it in a bowl with water to cover the meat, let it sit there over nite in the water, once you get ready to cook the meat, drain the water and give it a good rinse, by doing that, you won't have that brown foamy stuff while ur meat is cooking, just a little tip from me to you all, you can do that with pork meat as well, thank you all

I really appreciate that you present, detail, and give simple hands on instructions on what you are making. I just do not have time for a long video with all the silliness that so many channels use to present their recipes. Thanks again, keep up the good work and presentation. I also like the fact that you do not mask the chili taste with lots of cummin, cloves, brown sugar all that extra, just a rich minimalist chili taste like in the Southwest.

I have made this tacos like 5 times and every time I have made them my family has loved them…they always ask me how I know how to do it and I tell them that it’s thanks to her… I love how she explains everything and how she actually tell you the ingredients as well as how much…even though some times I haven’t add everything and I had to make a few changes they are still good 👍🏼 I have made a few other foods that she has on her channel and all of them have come out so good…I love her channel because so far I have learn how to do different meals ♥️

Tip I learned from a cooking show: if you love cilantro use the whole cilantro stalks & leaves (los palitos del cilantro). The stalks of the cilantro is where the flavor is concentrated!😊

But this one is on a whole new level. Telling you, it will have people wanting more... special occasions. They'll want it. Thank you so much Claudia for this. Making it again tomorrow so I had to watch this for the many times I've had.❤❤❤

Awesome your fam had delicious food for the Fourth of July 🇺🇸. Do you think it would make a difference if I don’t use the Pasilla chiles? I can’t find them at my local grocery store. I found all the other chiles except for those. Thanks 😊
@carosnails2 жыл бұрын
@@kaydimarco2802 I do think you would be okay, since it’s only asking for 2 pasilla chiles but maybe make up for it by adding 1 more Mexico Chile and one more of the other chile. 🤗 it was so delicious.
