Fantastic recipe! I followed the instructions to a T and served with roast potatoes and green beans. Tremendous Dave Durham.

That looks SO tasty!!! Love the change up with adding red onions with balsamic vinegar!! Question ... I prefer getting double yolk eggs for my fried eggs on toast ... would they work as well using this method? Or would it be better to get regular single yolk eggs?

Thank you! Double yolk eggs should work just fine with this method although I’ve never tried it myself. Do let me know how it works for you!

@@PinchofMintCookingChannel Amazing, thank you - might not do everything the same as I'm trying to save money, and I know that will change the taste at the end (not a controlled environment) ... but when I get round to it, will at least make the 'yorkshire pudding' part the exact same, but with double yolk eggs and come back here! Thanks for your response!!! 🙂

Going to try this next week but why do some people cook it at 200C for 30 mins, and you do it at 190 for 45 mins. What happens that differentiates?

Good stuff, I hope you enjoy it. If you cook it for longer at a lower temp you end up with a crispier Yorkshire pudding without it burning. It really depends what you prefer. Try both ways and see what you like best. Thanks for watching!
