Since your kits are all sold out, can you tell me what size are the seed beads and what size are the crystals?

Hi! The beads are 11/0 Miyuki delicas and the crystals are 3mm bicones. I hope this helps!

It's possible slightly too much tension is being applied. It may take some practice to find the "sweet spot" for tension where your weave isn't too tight or too loose.
