Ingredients for shell pasta with spinach and sour cream sauce:
- 500 g high-quality shell pasta;
- 150 g fresh baby spinach;
- 250 g champignon mushrooms;
- 100-150 g Parmesan cheese;
- 200 g liquid sour cream;
- 200 g fermented sour cream;
- 15 ml olive oil;
- 15 g 82% fat butter;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper;
- 5-7 cloves of garlic;
- 10 g salt for boiling the pasta;
- 1/2 teaspoon salt for the sour cream sauce;
- juice from half a lemon;
- 1 bunch of fresh parsley;
- 250 ml water from the boiled pasta;
