Dear Sweet Adjeley .... Glad to see u again :) .........by your permission I just want to add a little more to the same recipe. once the batter and peanuts are mixed together, put them in Crums. the crums coating will keep peanuts away to stick with each other :) .. we have the same recipe( we fry green chilies) in our country and to preventing chilies to stick with each other during frying, we use bread crums :)
