One of my childhood favorites! Daddy made them like you, Kathy! Thank you for going into detail about how to flavor them and the temp of the oil. It encourages me to make this & and it doesn't take that long. Pork chops, biscuits & sliced tomatoes 🍅! A wonderful Home cooked meal in a few minutes! Yummy!

How do you save your oil? I save bacon grease but never oil. What a great idea!
