How To Make The Perfect Nigerian Beef and Plantain Sauce (BEEF-DODO)

In Todays video, i am sharing how i made this delicious beef and plantain Sauce.
i know you will like it too.
Ingredients
Boneless Beef
Plantain
Onion
Garlic
Ginger
Tomato
Seasoning cubes
Spring Onion
Salt
All dish spice
Vegetable oil
Habenero Pepper
Procedure
Chop the beef into smaller bits.
spice it with onion,salt,all dish spice,habenero pepper
and place to cook for 15mins on the fire without adding any water, so it can secrete its own juice.
Add some water and allow toxook properly.
once cooked, you can fry but i chose to air fry.
chop the Plantain into cubes and fry till its golden brown.
in another pot, add some oil, garlic, ginger and allow to fry a bit before adding onions.
once fried, add tomatoes and fry a little more.
Now add the air dried beef and fried Plantain to the mix.
Add the Habenero pepper and stir in to incorporate well.
Sprinkle some spring onio and BOOM!
