Greetings from Nigeria. This dish is popular in western Nigeria. We use gizzards instead of the chicken thighs and the sauce items are roughly chopped instead of ground. We call it gizz-dodo😋😋. Tasty everytime! Most Nigerians eat it unaccompanied, though some add to rice like yours. Very well done. Keep up the good work 👍
