Just fold in the food coloring, don't mix the batter, fold it in slowly. 💕

Thank you! In the video the way that I piped all the colors and then rolled them together, that is how they don't bleed together, you just can't let it sit in the piping bag for too long. 😀 Plus, it's all about your buttercream consistency! Do you use liquid coloring or gel? I tried making rainbow buttercream once and I used too much coloring and it ended up too liquidy (I wanted really vibrant colors). Any tips?

Definitely use a gel food coloring that way you can use half as much. 💜

What is the temp of the buttercream?

Just room temp, it does start to melt the more you hold the piping bag, so you can put it in the fridge to firm it up, if it starts to get soft while you're piping.
