I have quite a few years under my belt but I’ve seem to hit a wall with endurance and also corner speed, thank y’all for helping with a lot of stuff and then this vid helped more because now Ik how to build a good rut up on my grasstrack, there is elevation change on it though so it’ll be tricky but I think Ik how I can compensate. Thank you guys again. Also, could y’all do a vid on some things to help me look farther ahead than I do. I’m finding myself looking maybe halfway to the turn I’m about to go into when I really need to already be looking at the exit of said turn. I’m just very timid about looking too far ahead, in the vid can y’all give me some drills and stuff like that to try?

So I'm convinced the onset of the 4 stroke made track ruts much more intense due to the smooth power delivery in the turns and any parts of the track where soft. With 2 strokes, the soil was more chopped up, by the 2 strokes unpredictable power delivery. What's your thoughts on this, because most people say that ruts are due to wet and loamy track prep only.

Hi, I am 15 and am getting a bit big for my KLX140. I ride xc rather than mx and am thinking of either getting an KX250F or a CRF250RX. I will take any point outs about these two bikes or any recommendations for others. Thanks!
@eljuano28
@eljuano28 3 жыл бұрын
It's a giant jump from the 140 to a 250. Doable, but you need to be honest with yourself about your skills and whether you're ready. If you've ridden a friend's or family members and understand the difference in throttle control, suspension tune, and especially your own maturity, 15 is probably a good age to make the transition, but there are bikes in-between if you need more time. You have your whole life to ride. Don't waste it on unnecessary injuries caused from skipping steps you may not be ready for, but ya; 15 is realistic to start looking at a bigger more capable bike. Talk to your parents. The Kaw and the Hound are both outstanding bikes for xc. Sit on both and figure out what seems more natural. If they're about equal, what's your favorite color? 'Cause they're so close in ability, only the very few are going to really notice the slight differences and those few don't ride factory stock bikes or pay for their own mods. Best of luck, dude. You've got great taste in bikes.

The f is a trail bike so it’s ideal for trails and small jumps. my brother has a crf150rb, I’m 5’6 115 lbs, and a beginner at the sport. I absolutely love that bike, the one he has is faster than the trail bike you referred to but that’s because it’s a race bike and built to jump 20 ft in the air. The Honda 150cc is such a great beginner bike for older teenagers that want to get into the sort of dirtbike riding. I hope this helps.
