I'm a bit of a steak queen. I've been perfecting my steak for 11 years. I watched this expecting to critique you, but you nailed it! No critique here! I prefer to use cast iron, but that's really the only difference. Well done! I'm hungry! ...oh, I also make compound butter, or sometimes if I'm feeling really fancy, a smoked gouda crust👌 of you haven't you've gotta try it!

I know you probably won’t see this, but this video I DEFINITELY needed! Never had steak before, and I mean NEVER, so I wouldn’t know what is the best way to eat a proper, delicious steak, and HOW to cook it. I have always wanted to try it myself, but I didn’t know the first thing about cooking steak. I LOVE the way you explain things in, not just this video, OTHER videos too about how to cook certain recipes where the food tastes FIRE! You don’t over-complicate things when you explain how to cook your foods, you break it down in the simpliest way, you got that young, hip, fun, goofy vibe that makes it so entertaining to watch too! Especially since you are in a more personal setting in your own kitchen, no fancy backdrop, makes it feel like we are hanging out and cooking food along with you! I have a learning disorder and attention-deficit disorder, so if someone is cooking a recipe and it seems too complicated to understand, and if the video doesn’t entertain me and grab my attention, my mind will wander, and I will become lost and zone out. I would LOVE to see more recipes, tips, tricks, especially for some of us, which INCLUDES ME, on how to cook good food, how to BE a better cook, and how to have fun in the kitchen! Keep doing what you are doing, I can see it that someday soon here your popularity will BLAST off like a rocket, and you will have a million or MORE subscribers in NO time! Thank you so much for your content, Jordan! Congratulations on you and Jaclyn’s engagement!
