For the Alfredo sauce try this (my recipe lol): In a pan melt: -Half a stick of butter -2-3 garlic cloves -1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes - Salt and pepper to taste Once everything is incorporated add: -Half a cup of half n half -1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese Keep mixing until it becomes almost like a thick paste (don’t worry it’s a process) In a pot boil your pasta Then add 2 tablespoons of the pasta water into the the thick sauce. Mix Add your noodles Enjoy :)

For that pasta recipe I recommend if you can’t thicken it up, take some of the soupy sauce and add it to a small pot with some more flour and let that rue then add it back and simmer some more

For the second recipe for the sauce try to add a little more flour! That should help thicken it!

You needed to add more flour to the butter to make like a gravy base with the Alfredo sauce basically add flour till it absorbs the butter up.
