I made these grilled shrimp/veggie kabobs and they were absolutely delicious. Easy to make and grill. My son and daughter-in-law thoroughly enjoyed them. The sauce really added a nice kick and flavor. Another awesome recipe from ATK.....you rock!!!

Nice video 👍 I especially like the vinaigrette at the end. I'm typically a garlic butter man, but I'm going to try your brighter sauce.

At time stamp 7:04, you want to cook the shrimp not your apron strings. :-) I like your recipe, looks great!

How well would it work if I substitute sugar for monk fruit in the shrimp brine?

I imagine the shrimp were more like T Rex size back then! They would be eating human kabobs! 😆 🤣 😂

Looks great! I live in NYC so I don't have an outdoor grill. Can I get the same results from my Lodge Stovetop Grill?

If it will grill a good steak or piece of chicken it'll work fine.

I've always just made separate kebabs for each ingredient, then combined

If I was cooking this dish, I would skewer the veggies separately and begin grilling...then grill the skewered shrimp. if you're going to grill together, leave the shells on the shrimp.

Is there an easier, more visionfriendly way to peel and devein shrimp? I tried doing it on my own during a meal over the weekend and it wasn't easy, due to my sight.

Wild shrimps have more flavor than the farm raised shrimps. Go for the wild caught shrimps. Same goes for gumbos.

You can also tell someone didn’t de-vein by looking at the shrimp. 😑

Hang on, you start at the tail and those pesky tail shells, then peel it and shake off those pesky tails and at the end when you shake off the actual tail, you have the tail meat. I thought the shrimp started at the head, pinch that off, shell the body, and then grab the tail fin and shake that off. But no, now it turns into sweet shrimp meat and is no longer the shrimp tail, does the de-pooping transform it from the tail into the shrimp? Bottom line, a shrimp is a shrimp, with or without the head.

It is so frustratiing that the recipe isn't available without giving a credit card. Fatal flaw.

Just take notes while watching the video. I will never pay for a recipe, just jot down notes and use common sense.
