Beautiful, u didn’t heat the Dutch oven up to 450 F first like all the other recipes but it turned out beautifully. Your dough isn’t much more than 50% hydration so how moist is the bread? My bread is about 80% hydration I love the texture but I don’t know if it would work with the pumpkin.

Thank you!! I love this recipe but I haven’t tried changing it up much - I don’t think it comes out dry at all! If you have a recipe you love I think it would be worth it to try the pumpkin shape with it!

The biggest Dutch oven I have is 5 qt would that work or would it hit the sides and ruin the pumpkin shape?
