Not seeing each other as competition, but rather being proud at each other's success, hurt at each other's pain, proud of each other's children, concerned when calamity falls, etc. We need community mentality. This will bring about strength, unity, and justice, for when we see injustices committed against our brothers and sisters, those injustices are extended to ourselves, and communal action will be taken.
