“Productivity is never an accident, it is always the result of intelligent planning, and focused effort.” This channel has helped boost my productivity to new heights! Thank you for providing us with so much valuable content.
what's actually worrying me is the energy. Imagine having it all planned out but when u come home after work you're SOOO tired and even having headaches. It's practically impossible to do it. Well not impossible, but hard af and I'm scared of forcing my body to built non existent energy at that moment you know.

I recommend using a digital calendar because then you can shift around the time slots and be more flexible if you need to be but you can still see when you have free time later to schedule it in!

Helpful options (at least, I’ve found them helpful): Block time by category not task (ie adulting could be pay bills, check emails, grocery shop, or chores depending on your physical/mental energy levels). High bar Low bar goal setting- I got this from Miss McKenna’s life leverage, and found the way she explains it useful, because her context is chronic illness, and pain/energy levels are a big thing for her. Bliss Bean mentions the Eisenhower matrix (important/urgent/not) but I use what I call the panda matrix: what it will cost ME in time/energy/money - not the same as someone who finds the task easier or harder than me - vs what the reward is worth to ME - lots of people want to be famous, but I’d rather be hit by a truck. Repeatedly. And there’s a ‘how to adhd’ video about the cost of the holidays that explains the different ‘accounts’ we have to pull from - time/money/physical/mental/emotional energy - and the idea of not trying to pull from the account that’s in overdraft. Hope these help

I've been struggling with that for a year now and I recommend when coming home eating smth, drinking water, taking a 10 mins nap / taking a 10 mins break and then exercise for 10-15 mins,, it really gives me new energy for the rest of my day

IKR! There are times where I also feel like I'm mentally exhausted, I just do not have any energy and I feel like I'm wasting my time when I'm resting up. The fact that I also have tinnitus makes it worse. I can barely focus on finishing my work cause of this damn ringing in my ear. I just hope I can find a way to focus and finish as much work as I can.

I definitely struggle with that! If I get off track on a certain day, I just want to fast forward so I can reset in the morning with my morning routine. But I've been getting better! I remind myself that it's okay to take a break, just be really mindful about how I spend that break so that it ACTUALLY energizes me, and then I can come back to my work

@Benora thank you so much ! yess I have a lot of perfectionist tendencies as well and I think it all falls into why I also do this. but your words really motive me to push past my obsessive behaviors of having to do things one way or on a certain day and realizing some things can go not as planned but I just need to switch up my way once I realize it instead of waiting for what is the perfect time in my “perfectionist mindset” hope that made sense. This was really helpful! My problem is I make a schedule, and then feel too 'boxed in' and feel like I want to be more free to just do what I want. And then I try doing that for a bit and end up not doing much and feeling frustrated at how unproductive I am 😆 This inspired me to get back to a schedule again.

This video is really a big help! When I started my channel, creating contents + editing my videos took a large amount of my time to the point where I couldn’t allocate time for my other tasks. At the moment, I am following a schedule for filming and editing, and finally had time for my other tasks/goals (like self-care, etc). Indeed, knowing your priorities and scheduling your week could make a huge difference in terms of achieving more goals and keeping that “balance” in everything. Love from PH 🇵🇭

0:30 The problem with this is that sometimes it feels like you trying to fix a wreched body, you close a wound but it's bleeding all around, everything seem urgent, and even hopeless. It's also like when you play chess and everything is falling apart and there's nothing you can do, it's terrifying. For me it feels like i'm always 20 steps behind, there's SO MUCH to learn and fix that i'm terrified of a crisis that i can't handle yet hit. I'm really bad in Triage and be okay to let important but not so urgent things for later.
