It is simply a case of sauteing your lentils for a few minutes before leaving them to simmer until they have softened. So easy-to-follow. 👌🏻
You'll need
2 cups green lentils
4 cups water (to boil lentils)
4-5 tablespoons oil
2 medium onions
Half tablespoon pepper paste
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
5 cups hot water
1 cup = 200 ml
