I dated an Igbo man years back & omg this was my faaaaaaaaaaavvvvvvvvvorite stew ! Well, one of many stews lol. But I love this the most, I swear!! I asked him to make this for me EVERYDAY! Luckily for me he was tickled about my love for the stew & obliged me. I was very pleased & ate happily every morning, even random afternoons. He made white yam with it I believe it was. Such a great combination. So fulfilling & satisfying. I gained some very healthy weight lol. I am craving this now & will make some in the AM! I too love well done eggs! 👍🏽👍🏽👌🏾 My mouth is watering

Awww sorry to hear this. It took a few tries for me to get it right. There’s actually no right way, you might want to try leaving the tomatoes to fry longer before adding in the eggs.
