I find seiten can cook to the same texture as chicken wings/thighs, but it's much easier to find tofu so this will be great for me when I crave wings!! (My think I miss from before I stopped eating mear). Thanks!

I heard extra ferm is good to use instead of the other types. Is that what you used

Yes I usually use Extra Firm Tofu. I always have some in the freezer to give the tofu a more meatier texture. When you need it just unthaw and press extra liquid out. 🥰

I don’t have an app? I have cookbooks on the website and over 300 free recipes on there. I created the cookbooks to help people live an easier plant based lifestyle. Also when you purchase a cookbook it supports me to be able to buy supplies to create more recipes for the channel. 🤩

Fun video. The tofu press looks really nice. I can never get corn starch out of the container without some of it ending up on the counter... I make "popcorn chicken" similar to your recipe but I use Soya Chunks. I have also made them using tofu and seitan. Very tasty.
