Although i have never been asked to use vegan fondant, i feel it would go well with gluten and diary free cake that i make occasionally. Your tutorials are great. Thank you and love from Northern Ireland

Hi there lovely videos on u r channel very informative... I need a suggestion rather I say help even after adding CMC/Tylose powder though my fondant turns hard but before that with in half an hours time of sculpting it catches moisture and becomes droopy Shiney soft ... I stay in a very humid climate how do I avoid this issue and keep my fondant elements intact in shape for several days ???

Hi good morning dear. Why fondant is sweating after make the, teddy bear? Please reply ASAP thanks a lot
@AsiaCoffee3 жыл бұрын
Did you place it in the refrigerator and now it’s sweating as if cones to room temperature?
@fathimanarzana21433 жыл бұрын
@@AsiaCoffee no dear I didn't keep in the fridge. One day before night I made the fondant all night I kept it outside with wrapping,

Fondant sweats because of humidity and drastic changes in temperature (example: going from a cold refrigerator to a hot room without air conditioning). The fondant must be keep cool and NOT left at room temperature if you live in a hot climate. Keep your teddy bear in a cool place; not the freezer. Some sweating may occur but this should evaporate after a couple of hours.

@@AsiaCoffee thank you for your response. Normally humidity level is high but it was a rainy day when I made them. Anyways next time I'll make sure to follow your tips. One more question can I place under the fan when we are making?

Can you make figurines with this fondant?
@AsiaCoffee2 жыл бұрын
Yes, you can! I would highly recommend adding some Tylose powder to it for extra stability and humidity protection. Thanks for watching!

Just a small question, is it just me or is this marshmallow fondant soooo sweet ? 😭 or am I doing it wrong
@AsiaCoffee2 жыл бұрын
Sweet is subjective. I don’t think this fondant is any sweeter than what you would buy in a store. You may disagree!
