Video Presentation in PowerPoint

Follow the steps as shown in this video.
1. Before creating a video, make sure that your webcam and mic device are working properly.
2. Open your PowerPoint presentation.
3. Click on the Slide Show tab at the top of the menu.
4. In the Set up section, click on the down arrow of the Record Slide Show.
5. From the drop-down list, click on the Start Recording from Beginning.
6. Click on the Start Recording button in the Record Slide Show dialogue box.
7. Run your PowerPoint presentation slideshow.
8. Once your presentation is over, then click on the cross icon at the top left to close the recording.
9. Click on the Yes button to confirm the slide show timings.
10. Click on the File menu at the top left, and then click on the Save As menu from the list.
11. Select a location on your PC to save the file.
12. Click on the drop-down of Save as type.
13. Select Windows Media Video (WMV) from the list, and click on the Save button.
14. At the bottom bar of PowerPoint, you will notice a progress bar for creating a video.
15. This will take time to create a video, and time will depend on the number of slides, used transitions in PowerPoint presentation.
16. Once completed, go back to the saved location video file.
17. Double-click on the newly created video file from PowerPoint.
18. See, your PowerPoint presentation is converted into a video.
