Your video took me to my Auntie Cleone house in St Thomas, out of all the Pate I Love the salt fish is a winner..Since Auntie got older she don't cook as much so she goes and get the ones from the truck and send them to me .. I now will try to make my own( I know I should've been paying attention to her) Thank you...🤗🤗🤗

I how exactly what you mean. My mom cooked alot when i was young married woman and in those days i wasn't really into cooking. My husband did most of the cooking. Now i am doing alot more but my mom don't cook all the recipes she used to. Her cooking style has changed alot. I can still get the basic recipe from her then customize them a bit. Great recipe. If you baste the oven patties with an egg wash it will get a beautiful color. Just a little tip. Have a great day and keep bringing those delicious recipies.
