Hello my friends. In this video, I am going to show you how to make a wafer. Wafer is a type of biscuit made from thin and crispy dough. Wafers can be eaten alone or with cream, chocolate, fruit or ice cream. The wafer was first made in Western Europe in the 9th century. Back then, wafers were made from bread dough and pressed with hot sticks. Wafers were used as a light and dry bread that had a long shelf life. Weirdly I've been looking all over to find something to teach me how to make the inside. This is the only one to do so, so weird that they don't show the wafer process though. I'm guessing those they used are storebought
