Hi. Love your wafer paper flowers. i have tried the sunflower and roses wafer paper it it turned out so good. I just love all your videos. I must say i like the idea of wafer paper flowers compered to sugar paste as it is much easier to handle when decorating a cake due to the fact that it is so very light where as the sugar paste is much heavier. I live in the Caribbean (St. Lucia) and the wafer paper seems to work quite well in the hot climate. thank you so much. I continue to watch your videos.
