INGREDIENTS - 1 cup wheat - 4 cups water INSTRUCTIONS - boil 3 cups of water - mix together the final cup of water and the flour in a separate bowl, stir until combined (making sure as many lumps are out as possible is crucial during this step) - add the flour mixture to the boiling water, stir until smooth - let cool and add to a different, preferably more portable, container USE - use a big paintbrush to put a layer where you want to put a poster - place your poster and put another thin layer over it
