I tend to melt my emulsifier and oils first then I'll add my shea cos I hate the way it has a tendency of going grainy when over heated

@@Signrmsigncs ooh yeah it does- I don't know where you live, but I'm in Melbourne Australia and we have some pretty hot summers, so if I don't keep my butters in my fridge, the heat will melt them and then the shea goes grainy- nothing wrong with it , just that it doesn't look nice
