4:11 that is not the taskbar but the start menu. Your taskbar is not transparent as I can see it under the start menu. Seems you made an error on your tutorial by calling the start menu the tastbar.

If you came here for a transparent taskbar, then get TranslucentTB. It is on the Microsoft Store

You can remove the application from Control Panel add & remove programs or you can open run and then type appwiz.cpl to directly open the program & features. From there find the Start11 application and then you can uninstall it from there.

Go to settings, search for "add or remove programs" and in that list search for start11

Stardock is a legitimate Windows customization site, their plugin apps aren't viruses as I've bought and used some of their licensed software on my Windows machines.

start 11 is a legitimate app many youtubers who are widly known have used it. The thing isn't even free so how can it be sketchy?
