Pear juice from concentrate might as well be apple juice. Fresh pears make so much of a difference.

That’s the goal! My hot tip for Perry is try and find at least 2 varieties and go with a pear that might not necessarily be your favorite snack, but has a little more tannin or bite to it. Have fun!
