@@neilmcdonnell Hi, Mr. Neil, how are you doing? I hope all is well. I am a bit confused. So, I have 10+ years experience in IT sector working as employee for an IT company. The 8(a) program requires that I have 2 years of business experience - how do I get that if I don't have a business to begin with? I know a person within the same company I worked in he was also an IT Engineer suddenly one day he quit and said he has gotten approved certified for 8(a) and I got surprised how is this possible if he was employee same as me?
