Excellent video. As a retired teacher/ Principal, I have seen several teachers are freshers. They do not know the proper methods of teaching. The teachers give homework daily but they do not correct the homework. They often chide I.e. schold the students by using some unparlimentary words like Pig,Dog Idiot etc. It will harm the students mind. Jeevana ICSE school in Madurai is a very good school. I have already seen that school. In the school itself some teachers take tuition and give the students some important questions that will come for the exam. But they collect only 200 Rupees from each child. This is very bad. Private school teachers are paid a very meagre or very less salary of Rs 5,000 or 8,000 Rupees. In this juncture how can a school give a quality education. Some students are incorrigible and trouble shooting shooting students for the teachers. When the teachers correct the students class work notebooks they put only a tick mark. There are several mistakes in the students notebooks. The school Principal and the Headmaster don't take care in this matter. Children are children. They are innocent. Most of the parents send their children for private tuition .
