I don't understand what the difference is between what you present as consulting and being a middleman. Is this considered consulting because we are going to submit the proposal under their CAGE code? Or are we submitting the proposal under my CAGE code and the company is considered a subcontractor.

The difference is if it's for an 8a you can ONLY use another 8a. If it's not set aside it is fair game for a middle man. Some 8a only allow you to subcontract up to 50% of some contracts and up to 75 or 80 for construction .

I made 100k in 6 months did a collateral loan for my 100k got 200k purchased a house for 65k put 60k in it sold it for 275k gave them back their money and repeated the same process. Now I have 47 properties no mortgages residual income at 53k monthly after taxes and expenses and I started back in 2019. Just hustle and find yourself a lane everyone can’t use the same lane. These lanes become saturated and the benefits are no longer lucrative.

This is the slowest way to obtaining money. This technique is as slow as working a job. Give the people something of substance to obtaining wealth. A lot of times these contracts don’t pay out until 39-60 days later. This is garbage.

Totally not true. Federal contracts pay in 30 days or less.

@@EricCoffie From experience in the state of Virginia. I had to loan a friend 15k to cover the cost of the things he needed to fulfill the contract. In which he paid me back around that 62nd day. I didn’t charge him any interest because he’s a friend of mine but during the time it took him to get paid from the contract, I made 100 K in the same 60 days and also did less work than he did. so that’s my opinion from experience with someone with a government contract. I’ve seen people get a contract for 100 K but when it’s all said and done, they only walk away with 25,000. Again that’s slow money in 2024 mortgage rates are through the roof cost of living has triple since 2008. I’ll leave it there, but this is just my opinion.

The federal government puts out up to 100k contracts daily. Get your one story tail outta here. I personally know multi millionaires from doing nothing but govt contracts. Regardless of how fast or slow. There’s so many ways to skin this cat. It’s like a person buying a duplex & say real estate is a scam bc they can’t get rich off one transaction

@@justchillb dude I’m giving you my experience. Also a million dollars isn’t any money in 2024. I made that when I was 19. I’m 42 now you do the math. Since you want to talk about money. I have 23 million in non recourse debt. If you understand money you should know what that means. Nevertheless I’m inclined to say what my experience was. Until you make a million don’t speak on who you know that made it come back when you made it yourself.
