One trick I have learned is that when you sell a room, all the stuff in said room goes into your inventory ALL AT ONCE. Granted, you're not getting the cash RIGHT NOW for all those things you would sell, but it's FAST. Also, you're still making money at a rapid rate, so you can probably "flip" more houses more rapidly while still accumulating all these commodities in your inventory that you may or may not want to use in the future. And if you decide in the future you still don't want them, you can just deploy them and sell them later. Having a stockpile of fountains and statues worth 5k each can be valuable later on. It may be a slight nuisance to have to deploy and sell all the things worth 10 each, but that's still an option during downtime later. The outdoors stuff you still have to choose to keep or abandon. But, it's easy to collect the valuables and save time leaving the rest to demolition. If you're not building on the plot where it takes 5 minutes to build, it might be more worthwhile to sell each thing individually instead.

That’s because when you do the quests and tasks you earn XPs and level up and when you make your sims do stuff you earn XPs as well. It’s not hard to get to level 15 in one day with this game. Also, no one’s trying to fool anyone, it’s just common sense, but you’re probably a beginner so good luck

You need to demolish your other houses so it will go back into 30 minutes ans 9k. I have two houses and the price is at 9k and 5 minutes ehehee

i got to where i sell everything and it didn't work. i even tried to put it into my inventory and sell it somewhere else and its not allowing me..

I don’t understand what’s not working for you. All you need to do is sell everything in the house including the rooms or just sell the rooms and sell whatever goes in your inventory at a later time.

The 57k was the previous house that I built and demolished. I lost the recording for the house so I had to do it with the second one. When you build and sell the room with the items in it you will make 57k

For me this is my 5th house, so building the Japanese house will cost 30,000. Will I still make a profit?

You need to demolish 3 of those 5 houses that you have in order to get the Japanese retreat for 9,000. You won’t make a lot of profit if you buy it for 30,000 but you’ll make half profit. It’s up to you.

The total profit when selling completely everything from the Japanese Retreat house is exactly $70,638. You will be left with $51,638 when you purchase a second one. When you sell EVERYTHING on the second Japanese Retreat house you will then have a total of: $70,638 PLUS $51,638 EQUALS: $122, 276 Point is, original profit is $70,683, but when you deduct $19,000 each time you repeat this method your remaining balance will be $51,683.
