yes. you're not selling a knock-off or representing those brands. you're selling something you own, like a yard sale.

Do we need to use a separate syringe for each fragrance? Otherwise I'd think there would be cross contamination, even after flushing it out with something like witch hazel or perfumers alcohol.

How do you make it legal? Do you mention the brand, logo etc? Or does it become legal the moment you put it in a decant?

Why do you think it's illegal to resell stuff. If anything, it will increase the suppliers demand. Relabel stuff is not legal however but sense he talk about having the full bottle when putting it out the samplrs for sale it's totally legal and the buy and sell system we have around the world wouldent be able to function if it was illegal.

However, there are brands that are more brand caring. So if you do this in a small scale they won't care, but if you do this as a means of income some might sue you for the branding. If you have the right Lawyers in place there shouldn't be any issue sense it's not illegal if you sell it as their Fragrant. I think it's stupid, as I said, it increases the demand so they essentially hit themselves in the head.

It's because i was thinking about doing it myself but i'm simply scared of getting sued or whatever since i will be forced to use their brand name on my site. How else would i sell the perfumes if the people won't even know what they're buying right? I'm not scared about the fact that im putting the perfume in a different container and selling it, it's simply about using the brand / image.

I cut up bubble mailers and wrap each decant. Then I mail them out in another bubble mailer.
