I have written to my school with evidences attached but they declined my appeal. The DOB in my passport and WAEC certificate is actually the correct one. Well....I don't know much about this things but I feel you could go and swear an affidavit in court to harmonize the dates. That way the transcript is still valid. Just like changing your name on a certificate.
