Please get a better microphone or get closer to it. I love your receipes. Both my parents were born in Ireland. I'm 81 now and you are bringing back a lot of good memories. When I can hear you. Bring the camera closer so we can see what you are doing. That should also help with sound. God bless you.

How many grams of flour and butter were used Christine? I'm not good enough to eyeball it yet 😂. God bless. Edit: Do you use cooking apples in the tart or some other type?

Hi The recipe is in the description and I use cooking apple called Bradley’s or Granny Smiths any apple will do if you can’t get bitter apples just don’t add sugar. I’m sorry did not get back soon as was on holiday in Italy.
