I would like to see how you would tackle a hip hop mix where the producer has one main sample track as the instrumental for the beat, and vocals in the mix as well. Would love to see how you would go about keeping the clarity and vibe being there's so much information that's gona be in the center of the mix since it wouldn't be the best idea to pan the sample for it may sound lopsided. Thanks 🙏🏿

Bro. You're 1 of the main 2 producers I watch on KZbin but you don't use Fruity Loops. Smdh! I wanna learn how to do this with FL Studio stock plugins even though it's most likely not possible. For example, FL Studio doesn't have a dynamic eq plugin so I purchased Waves F6 yesterday.

the real secret to bouncy track no matter whats on it (vocals, bass, kicks, all type of instruments synths) is volume at all cost in the digital domain. there are no secrets, one has to find tricks to increase volume. psycho-acoustics included (stereo and everything).

Can somebody tell me the difference between in gain and out gain?
@backslash23834 жыл бұрын
Is it really sounding better with SmackAttack though? I'm asking because I can see that you've left the output gain set to 0, so then the overall volume of your kick got louder with the plugin. In my personal experience, every time I added SmackAttack to an already processed kick and reduced the output gain to match the initial volume, it actually sounded worse 70% of the time because it takes away a lot of body and uhmfff.
