Ich kann mir denken dass es sicher besser ist das ganze zu nähen, aber wäre es nicht theoretisch einfacher eine Fixiernadel (bzw. Büronadel) zu nehmen und diese durch den Stoff zu pieksen? Darin kann man die Blume schließlich auch fixieren und wenn man es richtig macht, sieht mans auch nicht.

You should Check out ANTON MEYER from Hamburg. They have pretty decent quality classically designed suits and jackets and they all have a "Stielöse" already sewn in. Their quality is similar to Suitsupply and so are their prices. However, they are still quite unknown (which is great imo)
