HOW TO MAKE YOUR OWN CUSTOM HEADLINER "EP9"

Today I will share with with you my first time attempting to install and fabricate a custom headliner. This will not be an easy process by know means but with a little determination we will follow it through. I also want to point out that this actually took me several days from start to finish but once I figured out my design and getting steel bows made from my local medal shop I was in business. Could you please tell me the name of the place you got the template from and the type of board you used. Also your truck is absolutely beautiful.

Thanks buddy I used the template for a 1953 panel truck from “truck shop” in concord NC. And I had to go to my local upholstery shop and they ordered me the brown board for door panels.

My 85 year old dad is restoring a 1953 Mac truck. He needs to make a headliner. What material did you make the headliner out of? It looked like bendable cardboard. Where do u get it from?

It is called ultra leather just a little better quality than vynl

@@lisawhitaker8709 yes it is but it is made for door panels. You can order it or go to your local upholstery shop and they can get it for you.
