I like nacho cheese Doritos. When you made these two kinds of chips were you putting two different seasonings on the chips? One cheese seasoning for the Nacho chips and you made a different seasoning for the ranch chips. The video I found to be confusing. I am not fond of the ranch chips. It would have been nice if you had a written explanation on making these nacho or ranch chips. I have watched this video several times and I am still confused.

If there's no MSG, disodium inosinate, and disodium guanylate, they won't taste right. Also every food is "full of chemicals". Yes that includes organic produce straight off the plant.
