Hey Beck, thanks for sharing such a great video, straight to the point and informative. We are having a beetroot shortage here at the moment so I need to process my own.

Excellent video, it's straightforward. I stopped buying canned beetroot and canned vegetables because of the chemicals I read they put in them and love beetroot in sandwiches. Surprised there is sugar in the recipe. Don't grow it but hope can buy them with the roots and bit of stalks on them. Thanks Beck.😊

Thank you for this informative video. I’m about to harvest my beetroot for the first time and I had no idea what I was going to do with it all. I just need some jars and I’m ready to go. Perfect project for the weekend 😊

Thank you for the easy recipe. Can I boil the beetroot directly into the vinegar instead of boiling it in the water. To preserve the nutrients.

Hi Beck. How long before it's ready to eat please

Can you drink the juice that's left from the boiling process, and being diabetic can the sugar be omitted.

Hi Beck here in Canada I don’t think we have a 4 or 8% white vinegar, we have malt or apple cider vinegar, please advise which+h to use, thxs

Hi, just wondering is it a problem if you don't fill the jars?

Thanks Beck, do you now store them in the cupboard? Or in the fridge?
@becksbasics1 Жыл бұрын
If they’ve sealed properly you can store them in the cupboard. If they haven’t sealed properly, store in the fridge and eat within a couple of weeks
@KathyCannon-sy8rp11 ай бұрын
Thank you a great demonstration. How long would they last roughly in the cupboard if sealed
