For composition, in colorpicker your red and blue color must have same S (saturation) and B (brightness) level. Also you can play with "Dodge/Burn" tool. I placed example in the end of description.

To work with large images is better to use a powerful editor "GIMP" etc. that has more different tools. Pony Skincraft - a young, poorly-known project. Which started just as an experiment. At this point, I do not have the time or resources for its development. The maximum that I plan to add in the future - support of 128x64 (double density) skins.

download is for downloading a skin. if you see a ! on the top corner then you don't have the certain type of things so it can work.

I figured out your problem. Although that your browser is ready for 3D graphics. But, your graphics card (or graphics driver) not support texture mapping on 3D objects. Is the reason you can not see anything. For now, in these cases, the editor will work without 3D accelerator. Although, the rendering quality will be lower, you can still use the editor.

There is no support for touch devices! (I think your problem in this) To choose color - click on it. To remove from list - drag it off. To add color to the swatches list you can use the eyedropper tool or color picker dialog.

Do you have a little yellow yield sign in the top left corner where the model should be? Sorry I'm being so descriptive, I just don't want you confused; but if you do, then that means that your browser may not support 3d rendering. Of course, that would mean that the model may show up, but it would generate very slowly. I'm pretty sure the warning sign would tell you, if you have it... It could be that you don't have Java, but it would most likely tell you to install it. Maybe you should contact the Admin for the web. You'll have to give them a full description of what happens when you open up the pony creator, and maybe what type of computer you have, because I'm not sure what would happen if you had an Apple. Sorry if i wasn't much of help. :/
