Hope you are still around with us. I’m 63 sketched oil painted most of my life and just starting Sumi painting or inking. I appreciate this little tutorial very very much so thank you for helping me.

i find this very helpful, i am a inspiring artist and never did get into painting but this vid as made it a fun experience to go out and see what kinds of strokes i can make with a single brush! thanks! you have inspired this inspiring artist!

Hmm it seems that you don’t use the rice paper, but a thinker wood paper. With the rice paper its impossible to paint without some kind of paper holder
