Thank you! Just completed fixing our AC using your step by step tutorial. One of our ducts was obstructed with haphazardly placed duct tape and the other duct had excessive rubber from roof blocking half of duct! Added the insulation board too. WOW….it really made a HUGH improvement👍🏻

Right!!! And people think Im unrealistic when I tell them that this thing is shotty. You know that Grand Designs actually told me they have quality inspectors all through the process?? I told them i wanna know who the inspector was for mine.

Since you have 6' of that foam board left over maybe make window covers to block the sun it's not hard to fit a cheapie window unit in a big window for when you are camped. Just get a 5000k unit to give you a little bump

Problem is power consumption. We rely on solar and generator. I wanna get a mini split so that i can run better and more efficient
