Very nice explanation here. Covered all methods of getting beneficial effect duration and skill cooldown reduction. One thing when choosing which set piece to craft, definitely want to look at the number of sockets as well. Both your gloves and boots only had 2 sockets atm, and they hold the yellow and blue gems that boost your secondary stats. I would start there, try to get 3 socket gloves with skill cooldown reduction, and 3 socket boots with beneficial effect duration. Same can be said about the neck, but your current one did have 3 sockets already to get that extra blue gem so there's less room for improvement there.

You forgot Vithu set bonus. You get 30% beneficial effect duration boost for 2 equipping 2 pieces.

This would be my first answer. So I was puzzled that Echo didn't include it. I'm thinking since Vithu increases buff duration and not specifically skills labeled "skill" , it doesn't count? It's still worth mentioning.

I don't think beneficial effect extenders effect ALL skills. Mainly buffing skills that enhance you in some way. They wont effect straight dmg skills or summons, for example.

I watched couple of videos on the 100% uptime issue and you're the only one to mention that Magical properties aren't always included in the Set items we have. In otherwords either you have the Set or random items with the Magical properties. To have both its either luck or forging many more set items.

Inferno gear+ can have up to 7.5% increased duration. Blessed pebble at rank 10 increases duration by 12% and movement speed by 8%. Vithu set also increases duration by 30%. And Bottled hope can also decrease cooldowns

Even when you try to wear the whole set , sometimes another piece from the another sets is better .

I have 23% cool down reduction along with almost 10% beneficial effects duration combined with a rank 10 awakened pebble. I only us horse in tower and it’s NEVER down. Same when I use banner for wb or dungeon. Now if I could only keep the immunity bubble up 100% 😂

the thing is if u get knocked off the horse by either pvp or pve all this wont count. what bout use that pant essence that change the horse in to a dash?

May sound dumb as a question but do Ben effects stack? Example as if reforge benefits, say I get 3.0% Ben effects on all my greens, so is it 6x3.o% to equal 18%?

There’s a problem with pet attributes eg if u have a let that can sell at 64k and transfer another pet attributes n when u want to sell its only 32k

Rank 10 blessed pebble only gives 12% increase duration of beneficial effect on you. For me, its not worth it to use. There are plenty of legendary gems to choose and way much better to use, to be more effective in the game. Besides, like what you've said, there are other ways to get more beneficial effects like 2 pcs vithus set with 30% increase duration of beneficial effect.

Can never really afford to sacrafice combat rating on items to obtain the exact stats we want unless we get SUPER LUCKY, I noticed crafting set pieces yields garbage results compared to the found ones.
