You can purchase that 30 gallon mixer for $692. It no longer has the option for a motor.

what is this perservitive I-am looking in the direcection of no preservative . I would like to give my customers as healthy a product as possible. when preservatives are added in food across the board takes away from delivering a healthy product. Not bitching just the way I feel about health issues / You seem to have great products and business models. Videos are very good and info seems to very complete. thank you / Keep up the good work'

The preservative is sodium benzoate. You can actually make your sugar water without preserving it. But you will need to refrigerate it to keep it fresh. But you definitely have that option.
